Kundalini in English means the serpent power. Through practicing Kundalini yoga, along with chanting, meditation and an impartation from the guru one can have their Kundalini awakened.

Kundalini and Human Body
The kundalini is found in the perineum region of the body. The masculine power is known to be Shiva and Shakti for the females.
