Dal-Baati is incomplete without the quintessential
"Churma" in the traditional dish of Rajasthani Cuisine. Churma is
made using coarsely ground wheat flour, besan or maize flour. Churma is
prepared with wheat dough balls which are baked in oven and then reduced to
