Gahirmatha Beach, Kendrapara District
Gahirmatha Beach is another splendid beach of Odisha which demarcates Bhitarkanika mangroves from the Bay of Bengal. It is accredited as the most significant nesting beach for Olive Ridley Sea Turtles in the world. The beach forms a part of Gahirmatha Marine Wildlife Sanctuary.
